Fuel system cleaner

Has anyone used this stuff?
I'm going to run it in my Subaru and Tacoma.

In the Subaru yes


The Tacoma After sittin for a day or two starts up as a 5 cyl then switches to a 6 cyl after about 15-30 seconds. Wondering if It might just be dirty.

 

huh... i dont think gas is going to fix that problem. What do you mean starts at 5 and switches to 6?

 

my '98 four banger did that.. started on three and sometimes 4th would kick in. It was plugs

 

Your getting out of the scope of my knowledge. I hope you get all your answers.

 

It will be running on 5 cylinders after sitting a while and about 15 seconds later it will be firing on all 6 Cylinders like normal. and will run fine all day.

Agreed, not sure that will fix your problem but it seems to get good reviews...

 

I figured it's worth a try. before I start swaping out injectors

 

Heads up be careful with engine cleaners at high mileage, there is a theory that they can clean an engine out too well to where it loses compression that it's used to
