    I was surprised at how dirty is. But at the same time not really, I am more surprised that toyota expects these to last the life of the truck. Very glad I changed to an external changable filter.

    That’s what I thought. I will say it is pretty damn tough what ever it is. Wasnt very easy to get out and held up well to me pulling it with needle nose pliers.

    supercharged, icon stage 2, rock sliders, 255/85-16
    I finally got around to installing my 255lph pump. I also installed an Aeromotive 10 micron filter and my old Fitch catalyst, since I already had it sitting in the garage. Wow what a difference! Truck runs better and gas mileage went up from 17.6 to 18.9, score! My last tank doesn't count since I've been driving up in the mountains + highway but it's hard to ignore 19.8 mpg. The truck seems to make a wee bit more boost too. I figured the injector duty cycle has decreased with adequate fuel supply and it's allowing the computer to stretch out over the RPM range.
