That is about where my MPG is for my 2006 Tacoma. Almost all of my driving consists of very short trips (7 miles or less). When I do a long road trip and don't run upwards of 80+ MPH, I average just around 21 MPG.

Me too. My trips are about 9 miles on average, just my commute to/from work. My longest trip was about 200 miles, but I still came up to only 17-18 MPG. But I did have 4 adults in the cab and bed full of luggage. 21 MPG would be great. I'm around 9k on the odo, so maybe the MPG would increase as I further 'break-in' the truck.

I did it again. Got tired of paying truck payments and gas and traded in for a 2015 Honda Accord Sport since I enjoyed my 2013 Sport so much.
I think I'm in the same boat as you.

DCSB 4x4, plus the weight of sliders, plus the weight and rolling resistance of 32" LT AT tires.

I'm getting about 16.8mpg lifetime average.
