Well, for those who care. My average was 16- 17mpg.
I drive 60%highway and 40% city I was driving 80 - 85 hwy and slower but heavy gas foot city.
The last 2 tanks I drive like an old man. No faster than 58 hwy and keep rpm under 2K rpm city... that brought me to 21 plus mpg

it's hard driving so damn slow, but safer, and gets way better mileage... not sure if I'll go back to the fast lane or stay in the old fucks lane

I'm gonna try this old man driving for a couple weeks, then switch from regular to premium to see if that matters and if so, is it worth the extra 20 cents a gallon...

That's not bad. I can't get better than 18 mpg but all I typically drive is in local traffic. Highway, I've gotten as much as 23 mpg.

Added my 1st fillup info earlier from my iPhone. Took maybe an hr for it to update in my sig. To those wondering why my MPG was only 14.... Plenty of towing and also yarding 10-12 trees with my winch over the last two nights which was quite some time of idling, then 4low pulling them out to the meadow.

Well, input my old numbers from my first fillup in april... I didn't write dates down before, though, so I imported them all as the same day...

Edit: avg right now is 21.3mpg or 11.1L/100km, 25.1 best. Not certain how that one happened... maybe the truck didn't get filled totally that time.

    Hey
anybody know what to do to figure out odometer actual mileage w/ oversize tires? I went from 265/65/17 to 265/70/17's that has the speedometer dead nuts acurate! :) (checked with 2 gps's & police radar) I do not mind the odometer is running low and if Toyota ever gives me shit, when I asked them to correct the speedometer, they said Toyota's tolerance is + or - 10%
Anyway, for gas mileage.. anybody know how to correct with math?

Also... anybody notice winter blend gas is in before the EPA date of November? With my gps trip meter (close but not acurate) my mpg estimate is down from 21 to 17 or 18... I know bigger tires play alittle factor, but 3 to 4 mpg??

^ new tire diameter/old tire diameter * actual mileage = corrected mileage.

nice site, I used to track my old truck on an excel sheet, now I can take this everywhere I go. only had the truck about a month and hauled a trailer to VT, so the actual mpg is still a bit off.

I signed up for that site at about the same time I bought my truck. The fun thing will be to see if I can add the motor home to the list.
