Updating with some shots from the past couple weeks. I'm pretty fortunate to have a mountain range in my backyard to go explore basically whenever I feel like. The snow is melting quick! Seem to be able to get further and further every time we go up.

I gotta say these Coopers are doing great so far. Really enjoying how they perform. I'm actually amazed at how well they do in the wet and deep snow. Miles beyond KM2's in that regard IMO.

You can certainly see the progression of snow melt in the pictures. Over the course of about 2 weeks it's gone from breaking snow drifts, to a hot and dusty mess!

    Enjoy.

Yup those were the ones I was looking at last night. Good to know.

Did you do the boot slide mod with those?

No just mega diff drop, but I still have more cv angle than I'd like. Only have 1.5" preload on my 2.5 coilovers. Those boots are good stuff

Damn.. I just came across your build and this is one of my favorites yet! I just bought a bone stock 95 Taco 4x4 a few weeks ago, I was thinking of upgrading to 33s after lift/suspension but those 35s may have changed my mind.

Congrats! The truck has been sitting for a while but I got it out yesterday and drove it around for a little while. To be 100% honest if I was doing it again I think I might just stick with the 33's. But all depends on what you're doing with the truck. 35's do look beefy though.

Thank you! My truck will be built out to a weekend warrior mostly, and for picking up DIY materials for the house, and hauling some firewood for time to time. I have another daily driver, so this truck will mostly be for camping trips mostly on the east coast (Vermont &Maine) not much crawling but lots of travels into the unknown so having the capability to go further would be nice but I will have to continue my research and see if the extra build out to go to 35s would be worth it.

A good set of 33's and gears/lockers is probably the route I would go if I were doing it again. My truck was already pretty beat up so chopping up the fenders and ripping out liners didn't bother me much. I had a lower ball joint failure a little while after doing the 35's - and while I don't blame the 35's for it, it's just made me more conscious of the strain that's being put on components.
