Hello I have a 2006 tacoma TRD V6....bought it used 2 years ago and it now has Smog cert due? Smog Station attendant says my Fujita F5 air intake and filter are now illegal?? and I need some sticker or cert from the Fujita manufacture that says I can use this intake system on my 2006 tacoma? This sounds really new and wierd to me?? Anyone have a similar issue with getting Smog passed?
i told the smog guy that he passed me 2 years ago...and he said this is a new California requirement? Please help?

If your intake isn't CARB legal, I'd recommend you borrow /install the stock intake for the test. Are you in Nor Cal?

It's called a CARB Exemption sticker, another one of those oddities you have to deal with to live in California. TRD CAI is legal, and comes with the sticker if you buy it new.
