Just looking for opinions. I totally debadged my 2012 MGM and think it looks a lot better clean. I started, thinking I would just partially debadge it (tailgate), but ended up taking everything off. Definitely makes it a lot easier washing and waxing.

Ride-Rites, OE tubes, Tri-Fold tonneau, extra bed D-rings, OE bedmat, center console organizer, rearview mirror bracket re-locate.
I'm thinking of either pulling the chrome emblems off and painting flat black or buying a replacement set in flat black. Can't stand chrome.

I want to keep ALL the emblems, but I want them color-matched to my truck. I'm still trying to figure out the best way to do that.

Dumped the door badges (made a few $$$ on ebay) and shot PPG Omni on the tailgate badges in a satin black finish. Guys from the auto body shop (after my tailgate was jacked) were kind enough to give me the badges before they were put on the new one. Made it easier to paint.

I say do the opposite. Keep the decal, loose the emblems. It's easier to wash and looks better, to me.

Originally got rid of everything. Then out black Tacoma emblems back on in the original locations. Added different TRD decals from sockmonkey as well.

I like partial debadge. Might get rid of Chrome lettering but keep the Trd sport on back fender.

I like the badging but going to change the chrome up. Thinking red badges and an upgraded decal from sockmonkey.

Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
If one of the largest corporations in the world with an advertising budget that of many USA states is willing to pay me to advertise for them, I'll put their badges back on. Otherwise, if one can't figure out it's a Toyota Tacoma, one has problems.
Besides, living an hour and a half from the MX border tends to make one not want to advertise that he has one of the rare 4x4s in the area.

Total debadge and Sockmonkey Bed stickers is how I went on my '01 and total debadge on the FJ except for the old school TOYOTA in the grill which I color matched but I'm thinking I might hydrodip it ACU.

Just did mine the other day. Took everything but the "Tacoma"s of the sides (painted black) and moved the small "toyota"(also painted) just above the tailgate handle. Keeps it minimal but still gives a little style

ACU would be sick hell, wish they made it in black/charcoal.
