Full size what? Milky Way? Personally anything larger than the Fun Size makes me feel diabetic, although every once in a while i'll spring for the Full Size, especially if its a Milky Way Midnight.

Always owned Chevy's prior to my Tacoma, still own my 05 crew cab 5.3. 180000 and counting routine maint and water pump gasket went out at 140000 otherwise not a single problem. I beat the crap out of that truck and I'm sure when I'm not around my teenage son that drives it now abuses the shit out of it!

Dodge reliability stinks and Nissan looks like a parts truck. Stick with Toyota, Ford or last resort, Chevy.

    ram eco diesel.
    or f150 5L.
Stay far away from the eco boost fords.

    Or go tundra.
I haven't driven the tundras much so can't really comment on them.
But we have f150 work trucks and ram eco diesels. the eco boost fords are terrible we have nothing but problems with them.

Tundra is coming out with a new gen soon. Maybe wait for that and see what the new one offers since so much is outdated.

Then again we all see how new generations can go…

    Taco.

If I needed full size, it would be which ever has manual trans. That said, Nissan Titan, because my brother was in a head on collision with a Chevy suburban, both doing 50 plus, he survived, the other driver didn't.

The Ram is the only choice for a Manual in a full size.

    ridgeline.....

just kidding. I would go ford. I have an f150. great truck never had and problems. Ford practically will give you 8grand off today to buy one with all the rebates. Theres so many damn trims youll end up in something. Depends what you do too, if you just need it for space, towing, etc. just my .02 cents.

That's what I thought, needless to say I don't see myself needing a full size.

My question is, why haven't the moderators moved this thread to the off topic sub forum where it belongs, and this kind of non 3rd Gen Tacoma crap is tolerated all the time here.

I just went from an F150 to a 3rd gen Taco. I have no regrets.

I'm at one year of ownership and 27.5K of trouble free miles with my 16 Ram. Been solid. No squeaks, no rattles. No warranty issues. I was surprised after trying them all that it was my truck of choice, but on the highly subjective scale of desireable qualities, it hit all my marks. Best ride, and nicest interior. It's a place I enjoy spending time, and that's a good thing since my recreation property is 900 miles one way. Made the round trip 5 times so far.

One thing I really like about the Ford, that I never see mentioned, is the flat floor in the rear. The Rams fold flat system is okay too though. And it gives me a place underneath to stick leashes, water, water dish, dog treats, etc, whenever the back seats are folded in dog haul mode...which is all the time.

Anyways, Ram obviously #1 for me. Chevy/GMC #2, Ford #3.
