Full sized mirrors

I really cut my teeth driving school buses, so I have never been happy with the itty-bitty stocks I have now. I am trying a cheaper version of the strap-on tows but between my dog sitting square in my view and the vibration from the wind, I am not impressed. I guess I should say that I don't want a tow mirror, I just want a full size that sits upright with possibly a convex on the bottom (like every other full-sized pickup).

I've seen folks mention GM swaps with Gen1's and some aftermarket stuff (the aspherical), but I'm in the middle I guess.

Thoughts or opinions...or reference (roughly) to the thread of my dreams.

 

I think they will look like hammered dog crap but its not my truck. If you like them then get them. The only valid opinion for your truck is yours.
