    Hello everyone,

I recently picked up my Limited I-force MAX and had two vibrations ever since I left the dealer lot. First time pulling out onto the main road while making a left turn, I can feel a strong vibration similar to engine lugging that shakes the steering wheel, gas pedal, and foot rest. This is between 1st and 2nd gear around 1500 rpms. Doesn't seem to do it all the time, especially when it's warmed up. Does it most when it's still warming up. As I put more miles on it, it's less noticeable but sometimes I would still get a slight vibration.

Second vibration is when I'm cruising at 60-65 mph. I feel a strong vibration/hum in the steering wheel, pedals and foot rest. It's worse when going up a hill while engine is under load. If I let off throttle it's not completely gone but it's less noticeable. Doesn't seem to be temperature sensitive and is consistent regardless of gearing. I put the truck in S mode and played with the gears to see if the vibration is still present and it is no matter what gear it's in.

My truck is not part of the transmission recall. But I noticed that the transmission programming tends to lean towards better mpg and lower rpms, which leads to a lot of lugging and that makes the vibration worse. Definitely the higher speed vibration is what bothers me most. It numbs my hands if I'm on the throttle going up a hill for an extended drive. The past weekend I went up to the mountains at about 5000ft and the vibration was excessive at speed limit (55-60 mph) and downshifting didn't really help.

Based on these observations I made some conclusions on what it could be. I have a scheduled dealer visit to have them look at the tires, driveshafts, and axles. Hopefully they can replicate the issue or allow me to ride along and show them what I'm experiencing. Has anyone had similar issues? Being full-time 4wd, the front and rear driveshaft is constantly spinning. I've seen some posts about folks having vibrations in the part-time 4wd systems when 4high is engaged. Wondering if my front driveshaft is the culprit being out of balance or something in the front differential.

    Thanks in advance

I have none of what you describe.
Vehicle generally is very smooth and prompt.
Vibration points I have are: 37-47mph you feel it on the seat but the steering wheel is calm. And the same again to a lesser extent in the 67-77mph range.

General gripper factory tires on OEM TRD matte black wheels.

My truck is also stock. When I got home I remember the tire pressure was north of 43 psi. I lowered it down to 32 psi and it seems to be slightly better but vibration is still there. From what I understand the truck sat on the lot over two months as well. I'm wondering If the tires developed a flat spot or needs to be rebalanced.
