fumes inside cab ?

I have a 98 tacoma reg cad 2x4 stock 5 speed manual. It has strong exhaust smell coming out tail pipe but, more important seems like some of the exhuast is getting to the cab with me? When i drive not a strong smell but you can feel it eyes burn a little and after awhile your start to feel light headed a strange feeling but i know something wrong . I don't see or hear an exhaust leak but the exhaust is pretty rusted can i get some ideas on this ?

 

Use a dirty rag and hold it up to the tail pipe to block the exhaust and listen for leaks. It is easier to locate with help

Sounds like a leak in the exhaust manifold. You don't smell it when driving cause the air is moving over the engine.
