Fun Friday thread poll. How many traffic lights do you have to go through to get to work?

Between my truck and car swapping out driving I might fill up about every month and a half

 

I clearly need to move. Reading everyone has 5 or less lights is depressing. I could move closer to work but houses are 100k more expensive in that direction. Not sure it that’s worth it. Ask me in a year though when I’m in jail from road rage and I might have a different opinion

zero... I work from the home.

 

I’m the same way at my beer store, probably why I don’t drive much between work and home.

 

I lived in a county for 5 years that only had one flashing light close to the fire station. Just in case.

County ran from the Ga line to the Gulf of Mexico too, so not small geography wise, but lightly populated. 637 sq miles and ~14,200 pop.

 

17 miles, zero traffic lights.

I get out of bed and walk to the dining room and turn on my computer. No red lights.

I’ll turn down a side street tomorrow to hit the 2 more lights and reach that “magic sweet number” and report back on the feeling that overcomes me

 

Ahh come on, no fun. There’s nothing like 67 red lights in the morning to brighten up your day. Got to try it at least once.

My god that sounds like an awful commute. There's probably 8 lights on my 27 mile ride to work.

 

Nope, wife works across the table! She’s the one that insisted on new wheels when I got the truck.

 

Awful is putting it mildly. Not sure how long I’ll be able to sanely do it to be honest.

Did not look too odd in Sydney - sometimes did this in a suit...
I miss chatting it up with multiple girls / women who also boarder as a part of their commute.
