Fun Things to do in Orange County

Hey guys, what's awesome in Orange County? Me and a couple friends are headed to Mission Viejo sunday, and really have no idea what's out there. One of my buddies has a class all week, and the rest of us just decided to go and hang out. Any suggestions??

Beach (yes, it's warm enough!), hiking, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Off Roading up to the summit of the Saddleback Mountain, the list goes on.
