When was lock ever on the table? That kind of thinking belongs in the 2nd gen forum. Come on, you’re better then that.

Ain't nothing wrong with the Army. I considered it.

Good to meet another New Mexican!

I appreciate the compliment. I love the truck.

Gallup NM but lived in ABQ for a couple years.

I feel the same way. I joined a little late but it has given me a career path. I will have been in for 11 years if I seperate but the job I have is very desirable on the outside and has given me many opportunities.

I actually miss ABQ. Still have family out there. Miss wheeling my Jeeps in NM too.

I checked with my local credit union and they are willing to finance that bad boy for 280 months with 200 bucks down. Will finance shipping if the guy throws in his Starbucks Chai Latte that morning to the auto hauler. I am considering the offer as I live in Florida and it's Overland all the time here.

You are missing out on a golden opportunity. I bet he will crank the price by $5,000 of you travel to him and do one last epic picture filled camping trip with him. He will instawhateverthefuck it and you will get to live the life for 2 or 3 epic hours! Then you get to drive it home. Granted you will have to take out another loan to pay for all the fuel to get it back to Florida.

If you can get a good rate 3.8% or so for 280 months you should be in it for around $177,539.22 when she's paid off. I say go for it.

Not a bad deal, considering it has a habitat. I mean...how else are you going to handle earths atmosphere? If I was an actual hooman, sure. Nitrogen, oxygen, id breath that in all day. But one doesn’t simply just SURVIVE here without being encased in something that looks like a Jobsite lunch truck burrito warmer.

    Like, so many.
I'm not jealous. It's a great looking truck. It honestly kinda makes me feel bad for the guy. He invested all of this money into something that he thought he would enjoy, or make him feel valued or accepted, or bring him happiness, or whatever, but it clearly didn't. And apparently he did this before with a Jeep. It just seems like he's looking for a community or maybe even identity and he can't find it.
I see this in my MMA gym a lot. A new dude shows up with every piece of name brand gear you can think of talking about being a UFC fighter and he's gone in a month because being a fighter is really freaking hard and getting punched in the face hurts.
I hope this guy finds whatever it is he's looking for.

The way I read this is you want to punch him in the face so he will be happy with his build? o_O

How much can possibly know about yourself if you've never been in a fight?

They show up for a week and you’re like “oh cool, fresh fish to roll with” and then by week two the pain has set in for them, they are tired of finding mystery pubes on their body, and it Just isn’t worth it anymore.

nobody ever talks about the pubes. There are pubes.
