    *** COVID-19 Update - 14 April 2020 ***

    1. SECDEF announced today that there will be a modification and extension of Stop Move. No formal details released yet.

    2. DA will only release FRAGOs once a week and on Tuesdays now. FRAGO21 should be out today.

    3. FRAGO1 to EXORD 164-20 is pending legal review. The FRAGO gives guidelines on flagged Soldiers for ABCP/APFT (Soldier can request take the event to COC; CO/BN CDR is approval authority) and waives the APFT requirement for hiring ADOS Soldiers.

    4. ALARACT 028/2020 is being changed to include special incentive pay options (jump pay, etc), TDY ETPs, and requests for expedited transfers.

    5. DOD has approved military leave carry-over for use/lose leave beginning 11 March 2020. More details will be released in official policy to outline requirements and the length of carry-over.

    6. Fort Rucker obtained approval to restart classes. That means that WOCS, Aviation PME, and other Rucker based courses can resume. TDY ETP is still required.
