    Try being a 1SG in a unit where the DIV CSM emails direct to all 1SGs in the DIV about dumb shit like a soldier with an inappropriate decal on his vehicle at the PX. By passes all BDE and BN CSMs just to say one soldier was walking and smoking. Or motorcycle inspections due by COB because a joe wrecked his and now everyone has to go off post to get their bikes for inspections.

    :facepalm:The little petty BS like that is what really pissed me off. Its like you want to tell them YOU are a CSM you handle it! Why send a stupid email to someone that doesnt give a crap about it. LOL I had an E8 tell my boss an E7 that I (E6 at the time) wasnt stretching with the others in morning formation when I was pretty much in the top 5% for my PT scores. Its like I know wth I'm doing. but the The E8 didnt have the balls to come say something to me, he had my boss come talk to me...
