    We (the USAF Information Warfare Center) had to go up to Fort Hood and take over their network security in 2004 because they misconfigured their scanning systems, got hacked, and it took the entire base network down. We put our tools in place and spent over a month doing a painful forensic sweep. Several commanders lost their jobs.

    Looks like things never change.

    My question is how many new enlistments will it cost the navy and how many will decide they don't want to be in the new navy anymore.

    You chose the fat guy to represent your branch. Anyone can google some fat admin fuck. It’s cool, Marines don’t need to prove a point or defend ourselves. Our value is implied in the title and you know. The history of every fucking war or major conflict.
    Not everyone can be the tip of the spear. The shaft is important. I am sure you are a solid part of that. Be proud of what you chose to do and become. Trying to tear down someone else’s chosen path only exposed your own insecurities.
