This one confuses me... we didn’t have females in my MOS.

 

I mean not to sound sexist but they are usually trouble and it's never their fault. Dependapodmus think they are whores, guys think they dont work as hard, even other females think all the other females sleep around. Dudes will go out of their way to hang out with them. Deployments? Some POS's think that's an excuse to cheat on their wives. Not everyone but just seem to see it more often.

That’s true, 100% agree. But that could be said of almost any job, civilian or military. Last company I ran was a HHC. Had some great female NCOs. Right when I retired, they opened up combat arms to females. The discussions before hand were great though. People always looked at me funny when I said I’ve seen some pussy ass dudes that should’ve never been combat arms. Open a physical test to everyone. You can’t carry someone in kit off the battle field for 50 meters, get the fuck out of the MOS. What did old Gunny Highways boss say? Go back to finance?!

I know you weren’t making a statement about women not being able to handle it, so hope it doesn’t come across that’s how I took it. I think dudes were worse half the time. I kicked a SSG out for trying to go to his joes house to inspect her class A’s prior inspections. Prior 1SG, actually moved the female to S1. It seemed odd she put up such a fight to go back to her platoon until she finally told me the story.
