We left every other god damn piece of fucking military equipment behind for the enemy to use against us and our allies.....AND most importantly but not least.....so the rest of the fucking world could laugh and mock us for the sheer stupidity of it all.     Forgive my stupid question, but is this shit real? Did they really do this kind of thing?? When I was at NTC, they finally started allowing "outside" businesses to open on base. My section NCOIC got a job as the night manager at the very first Burger King they opened, in late '86 or maybe '87 time frame. I never left CONUS, and of course there were no active combat zones while I was in, so there was no need for a mobile Burger King anywhere :rofl:

    Yeah, it’s real. I remember talking to Danish soldiers and they were absolutely blown away that we had resources available to move an entire “restaurant” into the country. They all agreed that was the ultimate show of power.
