At this point, it might be prudent to seek professional help. This is not in your wheelhouse buddy.

I would just remove each speaker and measure at the leads behind the speaker. Make sure whatever it’s reading is the exact same as what it’s rated for. Make sure you stand the speaker up straight when measure the resistance. You can do it at the leads coming out of the amp to the speakers but do it one by one. Which ever is easy, come back with the readings and let us know what you come up with. It’s hard trying to diagnose through a computer. One of my speakers was reading 6 ohm and I kept wondering why my amp kept shutting off/protect mode. And my driver side kept cutting in and out.

Or what song were you playing before your sounds went out?

Easiest thing to do is ohm speaker wires at amp first . Should read all about the same . If ones alot different then check that speakers and wires . If all about the same I would suspect amp problems . Since blowing all your amp fuses if it was speakers or wires should be telling . You got a meter? All 4 ohm speakers ?
Like other said if you not comfortable doing it take it to a shop. Better safe than sorry. Good luck
