I changed the interior and exterior lights to LEDs about 5 months ago and my fuse recently blew. When i changed the fuse the lights came back on but will only turn off in the OFF position. They stay on in Door and On. Any suggestions??

Well, lets start with the fuse blew. A fuse does not just blow for no reason unless its old and weak, but since this is new truck that's not the case. Maybe try putting the original bulbs back in and see what happens. If it works properly then there is a problem with the bulbs/ amp draw. If it doesn't work properly then something possibly shorted out, such as a switch.
With the original bulbs in place and it does not function properly, unhook the battery and turn the key on/push your start button, whichever you have to deenergize the circuit. Reconnect battery and retest. If all good ask for further guidance here about the best bulbs to use. If it does not work still, take to dealer and see what they can find.
If you do take it to the dealer don't be the douchebag that just leaves the original bulbs in and say it just did this. Tell them what happened. It not only helps the tech understand the proper diagnostic procedure to take, but its the honest thing to do.

Good rule unless you're one of the "most of us" who did it with success.

Lots of successful led conversions, just a handful of problems.

I agree, mine were in for about a month but after reading this and the thread linked earlier I figure why risk it and took mine out

If the wiring burns out, or the switches/controls, before the fuse gives out... It doesn't matter what bulbs you've installed, that's a safety recall, not a denied warranty claim.

The fuse must ALWAYS be the first point of failure in a safe electrical system. My guess is they'll happily fix as many of these as come up to avoid that unpleasantry.

Of course, that's just a swag... No idea what their risk/reward analysis will come up with.

I prefer the clean, sterile rocketship look to muddy yellow light.
