The control dials for my 08' Tacoma Sr5 are no longer illuminated.

It is the area directly below the radio. It is the fan dial, heat dial and direction dialtaco.jpg .

Attached is a photo of what it should look like.

I am thinking it is probably a fuse.

Does anyone know which fuse it and where it is located as I can seem to figure it out looking at the manual.

    Thank you.

All dash lights come from the 10 amp Tail Fuse.

The Tail fuse is in the cab fuse panel to the left of the steering wheel behind the drop out tray.

The problem could or probably is loose bulbs since nothing else if affected. Hit the dash in the area and see if they come on.

The good news is that is pretty easy to check the connections or replace the bulbs.
Did all 3 go out at once?

Thank you. I forgot my manual at my friends when I recently did a mod. I added LED light bar under bumper, raptor grill with LEDS. fog lights and new halogens. SO, I don't have the manual. Can you tell me specifically which fuse it might be as it seems kind of not clear in the dash panel. Thank you. The rear license pate bulbs don't work (new LED's). Wonder if it may be same circuit ?

As I said the TAIL Fuse in the fuse panel on the left side of the steering wheel behind the cubby door. Marked TAIL.

It controls the Tail Lights, License Plate Lights, Parking Lights, and the dash illumination which includes the AC Controls lights.

    Tail Fuse - Loads:
    Accessory Meter
    Clock
    Combination Meter
    Engine Control (1GR–FE)
    Engine Control (2TR–FE)
    Illumination
    Taillight
    Trailer Towing
