Welp tires fit! Should probably still do some hammering and trimming though.

thanks man! I plan to head to harbor freight to pick up a 3-4lb hammer so i can hammer the pinch welds flat. Then i need to look into trimming the fenders... need to find the best way/tool for the job...

I bought a pneumatic body saw from eastwood and it worked ok-ish. I will say the tool itself works fine but the blades it comes with and the additional purchased fine tooth blades from them seem to be the issue. Here is the link if you want to try yourself.
    https://www.eastwood.com/air-body-saw.html

I really do think the blades were the issue rather than the actual tool, wish I had feedback on that for you but I don't. I think a jigsaw would do great as well.

As far as the plastic flares go, a dremel with cutoff wheels worked good, just be prepared for molten plastic flying at your hands and face.

I like a air knife or air 3” cut of wheel. Smaller and easier to control

I have removed the fender flares already so it will be all metal body that i will be trimming. I was looking at the body saw also, thanks for the heads up on the blades. I will have to make sure i get some good ones before i start hacking away if i decide to go that route

I think this maybe my best option as i already have a grinder and some flapper discs. I like the idea of a smaller cutoff disc also... Thanks!

Did you get all the stuff for your CB install?
