FX-R Stage 4 problem

Below is an email I sent to TRS. Posting it here to see if anyone else has some recommendations. Thanks in advance.

In 2013 I purchased the FX-R kit through a Tacoma world group buy. Today my passenger side light went out. The ballast wasn't humming when the lights were turned on. I got home and started troubleshooting. I pulled the passenger ballast and bulb and hooked them to the drivers side connections and everything worked. Wiring to passenger side looks good but I am not electrician. Any tips on what/how to check next?

 

Sounds like wiring to the passenger side is messed up somewhere. Check all your connections, make sure nothing is crimped or cut or bent or loose.

 

It has to be the harness. I went out this morning and moved ground location, sanded it and made sure all plugs were tight. Still nothing to that passenger side. Oh well. Anyone else have harnesses go bad after about 2 years?

 

Check every bend and wiring. Id plug it all back in and then backtrack the wiring slowly feeling for a possible break. If theres a spot where the wiring bends or goes around a corner, its a chance for a break. Judt go inch by inch on the passenger harness and jiggle/slightly bend/push together all the way to the relay and see if it turns on
