Nice! LOL if anything that is the only problem with them. The sun was out today here too and every time I went to get in or out of the truck my eye was drawn to them because they look so damn good. In fact I wanted to keep them clean and was afraid to step on them for fear of getting them dirty. Took me a few times but finally convinced myself that is what they are for :D They are really sharp looking in real life with that powder coat on them, no doubt about it.

I forgot to mention I'll be sending everyone tracking info tomorrow after I ship.

Thanks again everyone I'll keep doing these as long as there's demand and so far there's a lot of demand! I'm sure glad I'm not hand fabricating these and powder coating in my kitchen anymore! :)

When I first started doing these for Tundras my idea was to color match them with Toyota paint, but after thinking about it I realized powder coating would be the best way to go. Powder coating is 10x more durable than paint and for this type of application it only made sense.

I already knew how the powder coating process worked from a friends business so I made some racks out of cookie sheets and started hand making these in my garage then powder coated them and baked them in my kitchen. I got very good at it but my now wife, gf at the time, hated spending her weekends smelling melted plastic. :)
