Cool, thanks for the input. Have either of yall actually had to use said coverage? I suppose my biggest reasons are theft or if the vehicle is totaled. Between all the armor, interior items and supercharger, if the vehicle got totaled, all the lost costs of those modifications could add up QUICK. I do plan on getting an RTT sometime in the future as well. I also need to find out if the coverage requires receipts of "custom" items, or just pictures of vehicle at time of custom coverage addition.

I don't have any extra coverage on my truck. Keep in mind that if someone else is at fault in an accident, their insurance is required to restore your vehicle to pre-accident state. That includes any accessories that were damaged. When I was rear-ended a few years back, the other guy's insurance covered everything down to the license plate frame.

The extra coverage only really comes into play if the accessories (or vehicle) are stolen or if the accident is your fault. What is the deductible to use said coverage? If you have to pay $500 to use it, how many accessories is someone likely to get off your truck worth more than $500? I'd personally save the money, but that is a decision that you have to make.

Facebook builds a "dark profile" of you. Do you, or have you ever, have the Messenger app installed on your phone? You granted it permission to read all of your texts and record all of your contacts. If it recognizes a number in your phone and can match it to another person, you get the friend recommendation. Unlike Google, who will typically let you view (a lot of) the data they collect, Facebook won't let you access the dark profile.

I've been considering joining the movement.

Thank you sir! Tacoglock19 is going to pick the items up for me today. He's coming over to Guntersville in Dec for some duck hunting, and I'll meet him there.

I personally think that @iK0NiK has the best pictures of the bunch. Not just saying that. I hope the one picture with the leaf change gets picked for something like September or October.

Perhaps we should make a few attempts to get "calendar worthy" photos over the next 12 months so that the GA crew can dominate the calendar next year.

KM3s! My buddy had Mickey Ts on his Jeep and got 25K miles out of them before he had to replace. You'll get lots more than 25K out of the BFG MTs.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
KM3 FTW, or Toyo RT or MTs
Or get serious and get a set of General Grabbers x3s lol

If shit gets stolen off your rig in your driveway, your home owners may cover it. Mine does.
Take pics lots of pics. Keep receipts.

When I got smashed on my ADV bike, I had a shit ton of upgrades on it. Bike was cut into two pieces so it was hard to see anything, but I had pics and receipts, which I got fully reimbursed for.

Thanks man! That one was taken on Tray Mountain around this time last year. Rain rolled out and fog came in made for a fun ride with some photo ops.

I love taking pictures offroading, but that usually requires me getting out of the truck at the funnest obstacles to let the wife drive while I guide & take pics. Can't let her have all of the fun!

My worry was having the RTT stolen off of the back of the truck while traveling. We like to hike a lot which means the truck is parked with the RTT in a parking lot or a along a dirt road for hours at a time. $2000 worth of coverage for a $500 deductible seems like a fair trade if anything were to ever happen. Got cameras covering the home so non-issue there. :spy:

I know this is an "ad" but is kind of eye opening:

I'm a big fan of the Raven concealment holsters. Very low-profile and tuck real nice in the waistband. I don't think they have Swayze/Reeves print though. lol
