Where were you thinking? And how technical? I could use some stock friendly exploring.

I think I may be going to caffeine and octane tomorrow.

Rear lift arrived yesterday... 4WP dropped the ball and sent me rear leafs for a tundra and not a Tacoma so no real wheeling for me til I get that on:annoyed:

Fitted my pup for a kennel to strap into the bed. Failed to squeeze her into the Medium so had to buy the Large which feels like it takes up the whole bed. (Back seats are full of kids’ car seats.) Went to Ace to rig up a carry handle for only $3 in parts. Will send a pic once I get it setup. In the meantime, here’s Rosie...
Anyone else have a magic bullet solution to hauling two car seats, a big dog, and everyone still ride comfortably?

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!

Trading in on a 4runner would be the magic bullet.

I really like my topper. Dogs are happy with in it with blankets and it leaves the whole cab free and clean.

Mine also has the pet windows so they can’t escape when you open the side windows, but they can get air.

Did you go? I thought about going until i didn't go to sleep until the wee hours of the morning, and decided sleeping in was a better decision.

I didn't figure reports of rain and snow until midnight would make for the best turnout, but it's nice out now

Topper plus carpeted platform does it for us. I flip the windoor down when we're travelling. The girls won't jump out, but I'd rather them be contained.

Here's the platform. I made it myself out of tslot. Still more work to do on it, but it's very functional already.
