well since you're not getting the door until later, I guess that means you can wheel the piss out of it this weekend. Just remember, if you're gonna flop, lean left haha.

We are getting 6" of rain this weekend, so conditions will be floody! Probably not going to wheel this weekend. Was planning on going to Coppinger's Cove this weekend, but a friend up there said all the trails were under a few feet of water. Going to be even more after this weekend.

Stay away from there unless it’s been dry for a little. Just to get to the trails you cross 3 creeks which turn into rivers when it’s raining. Like deep rivers, was super sketchy last March when we went

It has arrived! Getting pics while you're stuck at work is the worst!

Yeah I was afraid of that. I’m hoping a DCSB hard shell Taco has more cargo space than a 4Runner tho?

    Now I’m looking into toppers...
Any brands to stay away from? My research is leaning me toward ARE CX.
Any recommended shops with best price?

After having an ARE, I wouldn’t get another but if you do, definitely don’t go to Total Appearance. They are total ass hats.

Yeah, find a used one. The price of new is ridiculous and used is usually 1/3 the price. Not a whole lot of wear occurs on them. If you are patient and willing to travel, buy used. Snugtop, leer, and ARE will be the top brands and will probably be happy with any of them. Just my .02

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I know where there is a TRD
Pro 4runner for sale. 2017 Barcelona Red with 40k on it selling for $33k.

I would have bought it, but it’s from Ohio. 2yrs of Salt and Snow...

Other than the normal injector tick... What does the secondary louder noise sound like to y'all?

    2014 GM 5.3l with 70k on it.

    My vote is, not normal.

Nah, it's internal. Without crawling under it, can't tell if it's in the driver's side head or if it's rod knock/spun bearing in the block.

if inside, then my guess is rod knock. Has that marble bouncing around rod knock sound to me.

That was my gut feeling when i first heard it although it's pretty pronounced on drivers side. Pass side you hear it but it's echoing from the driver's side.

Don't matter, I'm not buying it. But I found another one that purrs nicely.

Has anyone run into issues with their rear drums warping? It's definitely the drums, since there's no shimmy in the steering wheel, and it only happens under braking. I've already replaced the drums once back in September. It went away with new drums, but since then the vibration has come back and continues to get worse.

I had a shake when braking at it was my front rotors. Got them turned and it went away. I never had a shake while driving, only when braking. I would find it hard to believe you are going through rear drum brakes at this rate considering a set will probably last the life of the vehicle.
