@Built2Ride I know your ride bikes alot and maybe others do to. If anyone works on these small motors maybe you can give me some insight. 2009 yz450 snapped 1 valve, I haven't got he head off yet to check the others. What are some of the major causes for this. Everything else seems to be fine, timing chain good, cams good, compression good etc...

Man that is tough, I would need to see it.
Just don’t know until you take it apart to look.

Been there. Depending on the hours and how hard you romp on it.
I for one would most definitely do the chain if you in there. Lose that and ya motor is gonna grenade.

oh yeah i plan to do the chain and guides, maybe tensioner and of course valves. If the piston and all looks good i may just try that and see what happens.

Can’t believe I’m considering this... anyone have 1-1.25” spacers they are looking to get rid of?

Lol, you will not be the first to have a completely badass suspension and then put spacers on it.
Also, people like to poo pop on spacers. I have had them on many a truck with very nice suspension. My shit never gave me trouble.

As far as my suspension clunking issue a while ago: (read from bottom to top)

Will either run limit straps, or pull shock apart and install internal bushings/ dampers like icon does if it’s possible: (Blue section)

I've got some 1.25" Spidertraxx, some of the hardware needs to be replaced but that's a quick trip to Ace

Only 2. Pretty sure only one set needs replaced (set being 1 single nut and bolt). So in other words only one lug will need to be replaced

I've been running these front and rear for a year and a half and ~35k miles with no issues: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D755775 - you'll need the extended lug nuts too.

The backspacing on the stock SR5 rims is so shallow that my 33s rubbed on my shock tower without them. It was either the above or get new rims. Spacers are way cheaper and just as effective when installed right. :)

I wonder if these would help with my rubbing issue? CMC has been done properly this time by @marinemonkey but I really don't want to start cutting the pinch welds if these would fix it.

I still rub with my 33s after CMC and smashing the pinch welds. Don't cut em, get the big fuckin hammer and beat them flat.

I don't rub on the pinch weld or CMC, I rub on the plastic fender flares now. It's only when I'm halfway turned and stuffing a tire, so I live with it.

Does anyone here have their sway bar hardware sitting around? I know a lot of folks remove them, my DD Taco needs a new(er) set of links/bushings. Figured I’d be green and try to recycle first. Hahaha.
