I (random) searched for beer and this came up. I’m a Bama boy, so I’m only here for the beer.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!

I finally got my lift, alignment, and painted my chrome grill with duplicator super white. The white plastidip didn't match good enough. I'm pretty stoked on the lift. It rides great.

How'd the grill painting go? Been thinking about doing the same.

It was pretty easy. I just sanded it lightly, taped it off, put on a couple Coats of primer, and the sprayed it. I got the paint at autozone. It looks good to me but I'm not a painter or a perfectionist. We will see how it holds up over time though.

Duplicolor makes great stuff. If you got a few coats it will last. They also sell what is basically a clear coat. It also adds some protection.

Looks like Toyota showed off a bunch of EVs that they are shooting to release in the upcoming years. They wanna be full EV by 2030. The concept EV Hilux looks like a Tacoma more than a Hilux. The FJ is a straight up copy of the new Bronco.

An entry level Toyota EV pickup would be pretty sweet. Might make me trade in my 21, or maybe... have two pickups!

Nice work. Looks stout, coming from a person who has had high speed swing outs that swung out lol

Went and got an oil changed yesterday and they mentioned to me my LCA boots were leaking. I gotta make a trip to Houston and back next week. Is it something I should be concerned about for my trip? Or do y'all think it could wait till I get back?

ARB Bumper, SOS sliders, SOS rear bumper, SOS skid plate. OME Lift. Some other stuff.
Is that their updated design? I know they had some issue awhile back with their swing outs coming open at times when it shouldn't.

That's the lower ball joint. It can probably wait, but I wouldn't wait too long.

Yes, with the pin in there's no way it's swinging open when it shouldn't.
