Noted. Are you looking for anything in particular?

stay tuned I am making my last rounds at my place, so things will be cheap. If you see something I got you want, let me know. My prices are fair, but one never knows what I paid for it :)

Speaking of AR parts, does anyone have any interest in a 10.5" PSA free float upper? It's this upper, but will not include BCG or CH, but it does have a BCM AFG on it that I won't need.

    https://palmettostatearmory.com/psa...te-9-lightweight-m-lok-upper-with-bcg-ch.html

It literally has had less than 100 rounds through it before I swapped over to a different upper and it has been sitting in the bottom of my safe ever since.

Has anyone been on Horsepature Rd in SC? Are there enough campsites near the lake that I could snag a campsite on a weekend and kayak?

Look around Turtleback falls. That's at the other end of horespasture if the gate is open. There are campsites there that I believe are free and a couple of hikes to waterfalls.

I've driven Horespasture Rd, but I can't speak to the campsites. Though there is one down on the river on the Chestnut Mountain side.

Anyone have a lead on a 2nd or 3rd gen Tacoma? Dad got in an accident (he's OK) but needs a car.

Looking for a 4WD Double Cab. New/close to new 3rd gen or a really nice 2nd gen with low miles.

He's a cash buyer. Not looking for something modified.

Psa for those of you that will ever run a shell or weight in the back. Skip the aal and go full pack from the start.

Putting the factory OL leaf back in brought back my factory rake with a shell and 3 leaf AAL. My butt dyno prefers the ride with it that way and the rig handles getting loaded/towing much better than prior.

Obviously results/preferences vary. Admittedly I’ve had a brand new full replacement leaf pack in my shop for nearly a year now. I just haven’t taken the time to install them, and have frequently considered selling and leaving the rear as I have it. My current set up works for my needs these days.

Mine was a single aal with the stock 4 leaf pack that had the OL in it. The single aal just does not handle weight well.

Mine is the incon 3 leaf aal. I had to lower the front coliovers a little so the rear didn't look like it was squating.

Right on. What’s kinda funny is I’ve always heard/read (both TW members and from some vendors) that the single AAL should be used with toppers and towing as the 3 leaf AAL can’t handle the weight as well. I went against those directions since I wanted what I’d hoped would be a smoother ride with the 3 leaf progressive pack.

Just goes to show nothing with lifts is uniform or a one fits all kinda thing.

I would assume the 3 leaf aal would naturally handle weight better then a single aal. All I know is I've had the single in for about 30k miles and the shell has been on 25k of those and sagging occured about 10k ago.

Yea man I didn’t fully comprehend the suggestion on single vs 3 leaf. If I recall it was primarily because most 3 leaf packs at the time suggested running sans the factory OL leaf. Whereas the single AAL was intended to be used in conjunction with the factory OL.

After similar mileage on my 3 leaf with a topper I tossed the OL back in and regained rake and it’s been holding strong since.

I fell on a deal for the full pack I couldn’t pass on. Verdict is out if/when I’ll install them.
