All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Free to a good home! Located above Asheville NC, but I will travel with the pup to meet up.

My peeps! I am calling on all of you awesome individuals (many of which I have met) to help a brutha out.

I saved this pup from being put to sleep today…and I am looking to find Hickory a new home.

I went up to the shelter today to bring my girlfriend some lunch and while I was about to get back in my truck a dog howled out to me from one of the outdoor pens.
I asked my girl who it was, and she said that’s Hickory…he is scheduled to be put down today. I said WTF…that dog looks awesome.

Long story short, I couldn’t bare to see such an amazing dog be out down. So I grabbed him and took him for a hike. I wanted to see who this pup was.

Let me just say that this is one of the coolest dogs I have had out on the trail with me. Mild mannered, doesn’t pull on a leash and wasn’t barking at all. He did amazing on the ride in the truck, and was so calm I did not crate him in the back of the Tacoma.
We traversed a bunch of terrain today, thru creeks over boulders and not once did he pull on me or get ahead of me.
This dog could be a hell of a hunting dog…found tracks within minutes of us on a FSR, both deer and bear. Then we snuck up on some doves, and he was super quite and got real low.
I am willing to make a serious road trip to put this dog in the hands of an awesome owner.

Help a brutha out and help me find this guy a new family.
    JB

Pretty dog. Brotha, if I had more space, I’d definitely have more dogs!

Don't know what I'm going to mount yet, but for sure my high lift/shovel/axe and my propane tank cx

Morning y’all! This dog that I found is killer…I mean couldn’t be more awesome of a dog. Hell he acts 100 times better than my own dogs lol

He did very well with all our dogs, they got to play for the first time last night. They had a ball: 1 Catahoula (the referee), 2 pitbull mixes, 1 old ass pug, and the new guy Hickory.

After they were done I walked him inside, which he walks right beside you which is awesome…then put him in his crate. Not a whimper/bark…nothing came out of his mouth.

This isn’t just a case of finding a home for a troubled dog…this is an amazing dog, who never found the right match. It kills me inside to think how often dogs get put down cause people use things and toss them when they are work or don’t think about what they are getting into.

Either way, Hickory lives on y’all!

Wish I could grab him, but between 2 dogs, 3 cats and now a horse, we are animal'd out.

It’s firm but soaks up the bumps. 100x better than the 1 TRD OR Shock/1 5100 upfront and 2 Monroe rears in the back.

I mean I still could do a Hidden Winch Bumper…

Alright so I got a question for you guys. I'm looking at either upgrading my front suspension OR buying some 700lb springs to improve the ride in the front ONLY
I have never had any complaints in the rear with ironman suspension, but the front i feel it can be a little bit smoother off-road.
Should I try upgrading to 700lb springs or getting something with clickers WITH 700lb springs as well? (Icon,kings,fox,elka,locked.. ECT)

In the front I'm running a custom tube bumper maybe 100? With a 10k winch and 10lb of electrical wire running to all my lights under the hood
    (I also have rock sliders)

    How many inches of lift?
What exact Iron Man Suspension do you have?
What is the current spring rate?
    Are you hitting bump stops?

Take a look at this - A solid explanation of IFS Suspension on Toyota's from an engineering perspective. 3 Part Series.
