I'm updating my suspension. Is there any use for old lifts? What can I do with this stuff? Recycle?

I have used crossbow on some in the past. Seems to work well on small sweetgum and brush in general.

Sometimes people need stock stuff to bring their truck back to stock because they're selling it and dealers may only accept stock suspension (warranty things). Worst case post it here, Craigslist, eBay (charge for shipping) or FB. Give it a few weeks then trash em if nobody bites

what coils do you have with that kit? I have some 884's i'm going to put on my wife's 4runner but not sure if it will sit too high and if you had some 883's I might be interested in them just in case.

I have 884s, one notch up. I'm going with 884s again but will set them to zero on this next install so there is a little bit of rake and no sag when I'm hauling a load.

Oh okay. Same as what I already have for her 4runner. Think you need to even replace the springs if you're going with the same spring? Think they are worn out?

I have 130,000 miles on the current kit. Ordered the same kit from Headstrong again and they were kind enough to give me a discount. I'm so busy right now I probably didn't think things through as best I should.

Call them back up and see if you can get 885 springs instead to get that tiny extra bit of lift back you will lose when you put the 5100's on the zero notch.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!

A group on FB will be going to AOP the final weekend of March (31st-2) if anybody else wants to join. Cool place that's about 30 minutes west of Chattanooga, similar to Windrock but smaller, trails are a little bit more aggressive than Windrock. There will probably be free seats if you wanted to ride with somebody instead of wheeling yours. Sliders/good tires are a must, aftermarket skids are recommended but stock should be fine. Body damage may happen depending on how hard you wheel

a lot of bad ass stuff
Its been a while since Ive been there. everytime I went it was fun. I do remember it being extremly rocky in places. I remember high centering on one trail and took a lot of rock stacking to get off ( I was still on 31s at that time) and was rather embarressing, lol. I do recall one of the guys with Atlanta 4runners coming out with some body damage (Brian Light if i recall).and my wife got ate up with ticks on my last outing there. Overall fun place to go and wheel.

Yup very very rocky for sure, always a good idea to go with somebody who has a winch/recovery tools just incase. Never had the tick problem tho

Who here uses Adams Polishes stuff? I’ve been on the fence about getting their wheel/tire cleaner since I’m about out of my usual stuff and the Adams gallon is a bit cheaper. Mainly I’m wanting to know if it does well with white letter tires while still decently cleaning wheels.

Any recommendations on a gun shop in the Atlanta area for NFA transfers? Preferably with a range I can shoot it at while in jail, and the cheaper the transfer fee the better.
