Hi all! I've been lurking on the forums for a while, but only recently posted because I have been having a problem. Just realized that there is GA forum that's active, and there are a lot of members in my area (Athens, GA). I know that there is at least one other SWB Taco in my area. Mainly here to just say hello, but if there is a meetup happening soon I would love to come hang out. Thanks!

Welcome! What side of town are you on? Ever make it out to Scull Shoals? Have any other go-to spots? We have several easy to get to spots within an hour of town. Nothing technical, but nice rides in the country. Mt. Chenocetah is another nearby spot for hikes and views.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I like mine. Works well on the runner.

Doesn’t change the way the truck rides/steers like some bumpers. It’s unnoticeable.

Yours is a 3rd gen right? They don't the high clearance sides for us 2nd gender but those are sweet on third gens. I like the version with the tubed wings.

Agree. I have the low profile bumper on my wife's 4runner and purchased the stage 2 kit (viper cut) after they released it ( i have been sitting that kit for probably 3+ years now and yet to cut and install). customer service was good with communication and install directions were good too.

Another good option that is pretty affordable is the US Off Road bumper. I have this and I have no complaints. Pic is not my truck. There's tabs to mount a light bar in the middle area if you want. I liked this over the others b/c it has a very stock look to it. I think you would be happy with any of the slim line bumpers from all the makers b/c they are look similar and function the same either way.

I do believe I saw you in passing once again yesterday at 78 at East Park Place around lunch-ish Friday. Tried to give a honk to get your attention, but to no avail. Guess I now have a reason to upgrade my Hella horns to ones with a compressor LOL :D
