Ask him. I'm sure he can help figure it out. But you are missing out on 4wd life. Haha. I think of I were to buy something different I'd look at a 4runner.

Yeah brother I sure am! I mean I still push thing truck to it's limits for sure only being 2wd lmao, but yeah I'm either going to buy my wife another gx460 and keep her 470 as my "truck" the BAD thing is id prefer a truck just cause of deer blood dirtying the trunk lol

I agree with having a truck too! I don't see how households function without a truck or at least a trailer. I use my bed regularly for something. It would be annoying to have to hook up the trailer and deal with parking the trailer every time as often as I'm putting something in the bed

I dealt with hauling a trailer for 2 years dude for my work and it gets old pretty fast! Lol
But I'll see what happens after we get the house brother!

Think long and hard before you sell the truck due to being bored, especially if it’s paid off. Made a similar choice myself recently. The used market is trash at the moment.

If you are really thinking about switching brands, I suggest you peruse the online forums for the specific vehicles you are considering. Look at their mechanical issues, and the resolutions - and the cost of said resolutions.

Personally, I would not even get a 4th gen right now.

If you want a 3rd gen, I'm sure people here would steer you to the preferred years of truck.

If you want a project, you could convert your truck to 4WD...

My 3rd gen is basically stock and 2wd, if you’re ever near the Kennesaw area I’d be more than happy to let you sit in it and see how it would fit for you and your family. I have no gripes and have loved it so far, especially the fact that it makes torque a little higher in the rpms. Super fun drive on the highways and have still done some pretty gnarly trails in it.

I just use a jet sled to keep the blood confined! I've got a bed platform in the back of my truck and a camper shell, so throwing a deer back there is essentially the same as throwing it in a big trunk. The sled works wonders. Just throwing that out there if you're not dead set on a truck.

That aside, my vote would probably just be a 4wd conversion using FJ transfer case in your existing truck and skipping the overpriced new car market right now.

    CB radio, manufactured by Uniden.

The CH9/19 button is the giveaway.

The radio itself is in a box, mounted most likely behind the dash or under a seat.

Anyone want a faux pro grill for a 3rd gen? It’s still mounted in a damaged quicksand surround. Pretty sure sure the grill itself is in good condition other than a couple broken tabs.

It’s currently boxed up but below is a picture. You can see the crack in the surround where it meets the bumper below the headlight. It’s like that on both sides.

    Local pickup in Newnan only.

I spotted a 3rd gen with the GA license plate "POOP" in Forest Park last week. The driver was talking with somebody about how he was driving to Chile and back. Which of you is it?

That's awesome. I'm really surprised it's still open actually. There was a sign that said it was closed but the gates were open at both ends.
