    Borla's muffler aren't that loud to start with. Most guys are running a magna flow bc it's one of the loudest out there. You could try braking the baffles in the muffler but I'm not sure what it would sound like.

    It's a single chamber 12" muffler so I expected it to be fairly loud. It's not. At all really. I figured the cutout would make it louder but it's really not loud and it still flows a pretty good bit through the muffler with it open.

    I'm running a 20" magna flow and its louder than I wanted. But I do like the deep tone and at 75 you really can't hear it, until you kick it

    I've heard a lot of good things about magna flow. Any input on how to make it louder but not sound like a Honda civic?

    Wish I could go to some of the meets y'all have but they're a little far for me :(

    I had a Magnaflow on my Hemi Ram and loved it! It wasn't too loud yet had a deep mean tone.

    If I ever do an exhaust on my Tacoma I will look into them first. I don't want it loud, just a deeper tone. Of course I guess it depends on the size or series of muffler also.

    I've got dynaflo on mine right now and it has a deep note just the dreaded drone at mid RPMs. I had an FJ and loved the sound from it. After talking to a few aftermarket exhaust manufactures, I know understand the FJ sounds better because of the shorter wheel base. Because the muffler is further forward (closer to the cats) the standing waves in the tale pipe are ideal. My next mod will be to move the muffler forward to match the FJ's measurement.
