Hmm anything good meeting restaurants along the beach in Brunswick? What about St Simons? I guess I could make a day trip out of it with some family or friends. How many members live around your area?

Yeah I dont want to but if I can make a day trip out of it with friends or family I will be killing 2 birds with 1 stone. Im just throwing some ideas around. Ill have to check the florida threads and see if there was any interest from a few months ago when we talked about this.

hmm for something near the beach i suggest going to SeaJays on Jekyll Island(its a state park so it cost like 5$ to get on the island) they have a low country boil buffet and they have a menu you can order off of.

Call the Chamber of Commerce and get them to email you a list of all of the realtors in the area. Email each the same email of what you are looking for. Tell them you want a "buyers agent". This means that they are not representing the seller, they are representing you, and looking out for your interests. Most realtors that work an area know it pretty thoroughly and may even know when a seller just needs that little nudge to sell because of your being interested. That is how I sold my last home...i told an agent do not put a sign in the yard, but if you have someone that is pre qualified and willing to spend $xxx lets talk. In 30 days I had an offer and it was actually better than being beat up with people that were tire kicking and not prequald. Seriously, get pre-qualified first, then change jobs. Hard to get qualified when you first get hired at a new job. Good luck, and welcome to Georgia (America's best kept secret).
