April 10 is good with me too, do we wanna hit some trails/FS roads up north, or just a meet for now and grab food in a more central location?

Macon seems to be pretty central, anyone from there know of a good place for a meet and greet

They are all in Atlanta area, and a few in Tennessee  I haven't been "out" in macon since my highschool days so I don't really know whats around there anymore. I know Riverside Drive (runs alongside I75 when you are coming south into macon from atlanta) has a lot or restaurants and such.

Sorry guys haven't been on here in a while... lets see places to eat... hummm....

We have two good barbecue places... 'Pig in a pit'... and 'Fresh Air Barbecue'. Fresh Air has really good brunswick stew... however last time there rating was 82... so :(

Pig In a Pit is cleaner... just not as good.

What do you mean??!?! You don't like the taste of vinegary bbq!!! haha

Pig In a Pit does not have a vinegar taste like most bbq places down here.

I'm not fond of finchers but I'll eat just about anything... my stomach size will tell you that!!!! lol

Sup guys, Id really like to have a meet up and get to know some ppl. Im not gonna take my truck wheelin but I would love to hit up a Hooters and maybe one of you guys would be gracious enough to let me ride along if yall hit the trails. Maybe we can split the day and do a half mod day if yall would be up to it. I live in Rome way too far from Macon but I hear all the good trails are up through here anyways.

I still say Stone Mountain would be a Prime location. If an hour and some change is too much for some of you boys, then grab your balls and DRIVE! Its Georgia, Somebody is gunna have to travel somewhere. Be lucky this isnt california. I had guys in my old tacoma club that traveled 4 hours!Plus, im back and forth from atlanta all the time. The drive is not hard. And its a landmark noone can miss, its also in the center of the state

Its more than a hour and change from Savannah to ATL tho... I think for the 1st meet Macon (central GA) would be more resonable
