 I was kidding, btw. There are a few folks who fish this river here in Butts Co., but most of them are idiots from Atlanta that look like they walked out of a Cabelas catalog.

I usually go shirtless to work on my tan lol. I do wear a fishing shirt when I deep-sea fish though. Taking my shirt off out there would result in 2nd degree burns. Fishing shirts keep you so cool, too. The downside is that they make you look like a d-bag lol

Haha you've never been to Butts Co, have you? I think most of Jeff Foxworthy's material comes from our citizens

Well, that sucks! Fortunately we have our own land we hunt on, so we don't have to deal with the bs of hunting camps.

Na...it's in the future though. We have 63 acres and the wife and I are actually gonna build a house on it, but that's probably 5-6 years down the road, so a pond is probably 10 years down the road lol. I have lots of friends with private ponds I fish every now and then, but I prefer the river

Nothin wrong with looking like you walked out of a
Cabelas catalog...As long as you know what you're doing with that gear .

I won't lie...my gear is expensive as hell

Oh yeah, everything I buy is quality b/c I fish a lot. The dudes I'm talking about come floating down the river in a brand new kayak, one of those dumb hats with lures on it, a vest, one of those damn face masks, $1000 worth of tackle, 15 poles (usually closed-faced b/c they can't cast a bait-caster), hip waiters, fishing gloves, etc.

In the meantime, I'm over here with no shirt on, gym shorts, flip flops, a beer in hand, with 2 poles and a tacklebox making them look silly

Simms waders and boots, sage fly reel, st croix fly rod, cheap best from bass pro, Abu Garcia spinning rod, Quantum spinning reel, and about $300 worth of lures/flies on me at any given moment...

    Shit.
