You will think like the collective and support their ideas 100% or everything you think and/or say will be deemed "offensive" and subsequently censored by the powers that be.

Those of a liberal belief don't believe in God given rights, even though all of our elected officials have taken an oath to uphold the Constitution.

I guess it starts with their not believing in God...

Even if you beleive in no God (won't go there) your rights are yours, and do not come from government or humans. They are RIGHTS not PRIVLEDGES

That is the problem. People think that rights and privledges are the same thing.

I'm not gonna touch on the God, govt reach, and Constitution thing. Sorry.

However, I do have a truck related question, specific to the fine state of GA. Do I understand correctly that we do not have regulations regarding mudflaps on non-commercial vehicles in Georgia? Any one without them ever been harassed about it? I want to remove mine. The front right it broken and scrubbing on the fender flare.

I knew it was mandatory on commercial, but wasn't sure about private.
    Thanks man.

I mean I don't know, but do you see majority of cars and trucks with mud flaps? I don't so I figure they're not needed

OCGA 40-8-75: Every bus, truck, full trailer, semitrailer, and pole trailer, with the exception of local haul pulpwood trucks and local haul waste collection dumping trailers, shall be equipped with suitable metal protectors or substantial flexible flaps on the rearmost wheels to prevent, as far as practicable, such wheels from throwing dirt, gravel, rocks, water, or other materials on the windshields of following vehicles. Such protectors or flaps shall have a ground clearance of not more than one-half of the distance from the center of the rearmost axle to the center of the protector or flap under any conditions of loading of the vehicle and shall be at least as wide as the tires they are covering; provided, however, that if any such bus, truck, full trailer, semitrailer, or pole trailer is so designed and constructed that the foregoing requirements are accomplished by means of fenders, body construction, or other enclosures, then the protectors or flaps provided for in this Code section shall not be required.

Now I'm not a lawyer (yet), so I can't give legal advice, but from my understanding, as far as the Official Code of Georgia is concerned, mud flaps only need to be on commercial vehicles.

From personal experience, I've never heard of anyone getting in trouble over a lack of mudflaps. I've never owned a truck with them.

    To extend this thought,

Our Rights are granted by our Creator (whatever one might think that is); the US Constitution limits what the government can do.

It does not grant us our rights, rather guarantees them.

I started a thread, but will post this here, too -

    Mini-Mod Day Tomorrow (Sat)

I am going to be changing spark plugs, fitting my Pelfrybilt skid plates, and doing some general tinkering tomorrow if anyone wants to stop by and watch/help/talk/drink beer/work on their truck/etc.

I plan to start sometime around mid-morning, quit some time in the afternoon, depending how things go. Of course, there is always BBQ for lunch.

Should be a nice day, weather wise.

You just couldn't resist haha. Those are beauties man, I was throwing the rainbow pattern, I need to get a brown pattern. Never tried plugs on trout before today, good way to get the big fish to bite. Biggest one today was 18", gonna be trout patties tonight
