I'll probably just buy a complete one first, get familiar with it and then maybe replace some stuff. Perhaps down the road on another one I'll completely trick it out.

I'll look into that. Just trying to get as much info as I can before I start

I wanted to trick one out at first, but after hours and hours of looking at parts, as someone who is only gonna shoot it a few times a year, the only things I wanted was a bipod, scope, a vertical grip, light and laser

Go for da flashy stuff! I only want a grip and a nice scope, maybe a light and a laser later

Tried to take the girls up to Bell Mtn today... Paved black top all the way to the top!

And to make matters worse, I guess they were letting the asphalt cure, so the road was closed... Made for a STEEP 30 min hike to the top!

Gorgeous views none the less! And we got to see a handful of para-gliders jump off the top!

Yeah they're gonna pave it all the way up so more people can see it. Which sucks but hoping we can still camp at the top

Yeah, it's already paved all the way up there. Looks like a parking area right below the last climb. There is a yellow gate right there as well. I'm betting they are going to have folks park down there, and then close the gate and make them walk the last little bit... Doubt camping will be allowed, but hopefully I'm wrong.

    Back to gun talk.

Anyone have any experience with DTI AR15s? Might be able to get one at a good deal.

Sorry... No firearm chatter from me.

Is there any one place/vender that's better or cheaper to get my Bilstein's for the front? Is there a TW discount somewhere?

    Tia for any input!

Have you tried DSM, Toytec, Wheelers or any of those?

I've shopped around a little, but trust the info I get here, and was just making sure I wasn't missing a better price elsewhere! They seem to sell for the same most places. They range from $100-120 a piece most places. I thought I had seen a TW deal somewhere along the way, but I could be mistaken.

I bought mine from Jet.com , they usually have discount codes available online. Got mine for 130 total but that was a super sale. Last time I looked, it was less than 80 each shipped.
