Pelfreybilt is good choice. Top notch customer service and product. I'm running thier aluminum front with full hoops. If you haven't already, check out bruteforce fab. They might spark your interest. Billy is the man there and does great work. I'm running his HC.

Bruteforce was another of my top considerations, I figured couldn't go wrong with any of those 3. I need to take a 2nd look at his hc. Very unscientific but had to narrow it somehow. One of my best friends who got me into off roading is named Pelfrey and called to tell about that company bout the time I was first looking at bumpers, but I like some of the relentless hc bumpers I have seen just a tad better. Tough decisions, many great options and info overload. Not many better problems to have! ! !

Not usually. Most years we'll get a couple snows of a couple inches each if we're lucky.

Well, we went a back way into the Cohuttas and what should have been a 2-3 hour ride turned into 8+. (Pic with the jeeps)

Always colder in there where we were, but it had been warm enough for the top layer of snow to start to thaw. Then all of a sudden the temps dropped and everything froze. Left 1 tacoma in there for more than a day, one Jeep almost went off a 200 foot cliff (only a snow drift stopped him), and one jeep had to be pulled out the last mile because he couldn't go anywhere and was holding up the line.

The jeepers actually gave me props when we were done. One spot where all the jeeps kept spinning and needing help, I just cruised right up it. They all had their hands up as I went by like "what the hell?" Only time I needed any assistance was when one of the jeeps couldn't make it up a hill and I had to stop on an incline.

Damn that's crazy! It seems Jeeps tend to ruin everything, they should just get rid of them completely

Well, on the bumper thing. Mine saved my truck once and my sister has hit two deer in 2 years, when she got it fixed it was like $2000. She hasn't got a quote yet but it doesn't look to bad. That's the reason I got my bumper first.

On the snow wheeling, I went to Rabun co with one of my buddies and it was pretty fun. Hairy at times with all the ice and pulled off the side of the road to talk to him, took a good effort it get out. But that was with my around 25% tread cooper at3s.

My Demello bumper saved my truck when I got hit back in October. Thing took a head on shot to a guard rail at 40 mph and barely has a scratch on it. Saved the rest of my truck from all kinds of body damage.
