Although I’m late to the conversation, I will agree that having kids changes a lot of things. My wife and I just had our first 5 months ago. I’m a hard sleeper so I don’t wake up during the night. Not that I don’t want to help my wife, I simply so not hear anything.

Don't beat yourself up. Things happen. Happened to me, she was 17 right out of high school. We were scared to death. I had to grow up and take my responsibilities, but it's been the best 23 years of my life. My son turned 23 in May, and he's the best thing in my life..

There was a girl in my senior class of high school that was pregnant with her third child when we graduated. Her and the baby daddy married then divorced a couple years later.

For you guys and gals who have upgraded to after market wheels; what was the ultimate deciding factor on the size you went with? Im thinking really hard about jumping on the Ray 10's by SCS as they are expecting to get inventory in on Monday. Im leaning towards the 16x8 or 17x8.5. I can find tires that I would want in either size. If I go 17's the wheels will be sitting in my garage till I buy new tires which will hopefully be some time by January. If I go 16's I can go switch them out as soon as I have a chance to drop them off at the shop. Several people have told me that a 17' wheel, will open up more tire options for me. Thoughts?????

incase anyone was wondering about color, I'm also leaning more towards bronze over black. I think it will look good with the inferno, and be a change of pace away from an all black wheels.

I prefer as much tire as possible that will still clear everything. Hence I'm a big fan of 16s. And with 16s and 17s they offer just about the same number of options with more in 17. But I vote 16 as you get more tire. Bronze will look good, I was gonna go with that but decided to play it safe with gunmetal as it still looks really really good

17s have a couple more sizes, like 295 and 12.5 in some

Thats my reasoning too, as far as keeping 16's. Besides, if I wait on 16's SCS wont have those in stock till August, which gives me time to sell the wheels and tires that came off of my wife's 4runner, which gives me some of the money to buy the wheels.
