6112s and 5160s came in today, rest of my gear oil should come tomorrow. Think I got everything we will need. Gotta take the front coil overs somewhere to get assembled, looking forward to meeting you guys/gals and having a good time.

Can anyone suggest the best way to sell firearms? Pawn/gun shops or gunbroker, etc....?
got a few I've been thinking about selling to help with my Tacoma addiction. :anonymous:

I've had a couple of transactions on Armslist that went smoothly. Kinda like Craigslist - just take appropriate precautions.

    Also...what you selling?:anonymous:

But to answer your question, out of the two I'd go GunBroker. Pawn shops and gun shops gotta make their profit and will offer a good bit less than what you'd make on your own. A lot of pawn shops will seriously low-ball you.

Thanks I'll check that out in the morning.
Right now I'm looking at letting go a colt ar15- collapsible stock
Taurus 9mm- mid size frame 2- 17 round magazines
    Russi 38sp lever action rifle
Sorry for not posting model numbers. If anyone is interested I'll get any information that you may want. As far as pricing goes, I need to do some research first to get a fair feel of where I need to be.

I used to buy and sell guns a lot a few years ago and I had the best luck on the GON Marketplace. It cost a dollar to list your item and that's all they take from you. I meet people at the Butts Co Sheriff's Office because they have an "Internet Transaction Parking Spot" that's got like 3 cameras on it. Never had any issues.

I may be interested in the Taurus...

My advice is don't even bother with a shop unless you REALLY need the cash. As someone who used to work at one, it's not unheard of to be offered only 40%-60% of the used market value (not MSRP), give or take depending on collectibility of the firearm.
