For the guys who have been to both or either one of the previous Yotamafia meets, and who went to this years, how was it? What was the atmosphere like this year?

Yeah pretty much. We just kind of hung out on our own, went and talked to the people we knew then went and talked shit about VTX rims. Ya know the usual shit. Just wish it wasn't so hot or else we would've walked around more.

We did meet this Josh guy (not me) literally beats the shit out of his 2nd gen 4Runner. He said he threw a new fuel pump in it the night before, like he literally just threw a fuel pump in the back of his "bed"

Yeah, this event would be perfect if it was in April or October. I’d make a weekend out of it and camp with the family.

This was my first, but it was great. Plus I won a $250 Prinsu gift certificate in the raffle. I think it might be cool in the future if you could register by group, cause unless you got there at the same time you couldnt park together. Also might be cool if they did like best 1st gen, best 2nd gen, etc...

The parking lot they had the past two years was better IMO. You could navigate (in a truck) around a lot easier, they squeezed everybody pretty damn tight in there this year

I like idea of reserved group parking or parking by Gen model. I think they asked for feedback moving forward to make it bigger and better. I didn't look at anything in the overflow lot. Maybe if they made that the spot for all the trucks and let vendors and stuff have the paved upper (smaller) lot next time. It was pretty cramped up there. If they had 185 trucks this year, they'll have 200+ next year- EASY. I know it was shaded, but the pavilion air was STAGNANT.

    Parking area idea:

    Upper parking:
Vendors, displays, merch booths, trailer rigs, larger food area

    Lower parking lot:
    1st Gen
    2nd Gen
    3rd Gen
    Tundra
    4Runner
    Other
    Antique/Vintage

I don't like the park by gen thing. Because all of the first gens out there I saw were all mawl crawlers except like 2 of them (including mine). I'd rather it kinda be like park by "group". So like you park in either the ATL 4Runners, ATL FJs, Georgia 4Runners, or TW groups.

Or just park next to your friends. Last year we parked near each other than it slowly became to TW group. This year is was just my friends and then we happened to run into TW members throughout the day

    I like it.
I'd love to have a big TW contingent. Be great to make up our own T-shirts or something.

With @MadDaddy and @natesmitte500 winning in the drawings, sounds like they did improve in one area, and that was the raffle prizes. Sounds like they had some good sponsors this year, that choked up some good donations.

Yeah- I wasn't expecting the raffle deal and then when I saw the prizes I was all "HOLY SMOKES!" VTX wheels, Yakima roof rack, front bumper, grill inserts, ARB fridge, CVT tent & awning, Prinsu gift certs, CBI lift & Eibach lifts, and a heap more. I mean, I'm already set on returning next year. The only things that could sweeten the deal are having enough food for ticket holders (we paid for 3 meal tickets, got zero burgers), some parking lot organization, and moving to a less-humid month.

Was a good event, besides the heat. I agree parking by group would have been a plus as I didn't get to meet anyone from TW. Won a CBI gift card so that was a plus. I'll go back next year but more prepared to deal with the heat, and get there earlier to not have to park in overflow.
