One potential thing to consider. Did the FJ cruiser come with 16" rims from the factory? If they were all 17s, the smaller wheels might not fit over the caliper.

Just in case you do decide to try one or the other, 3 washers is about equivalent of the center support bearing drop kit and a LOT cheaper.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Getting my mind right for the trip coming up! Haha, love these YouTube vids

I actually had a legion and was afraid to carry it in SFL fearing it would get stolen out of the my truck. Sold it, missed it and then bought a regular 229. I don't really go shooting much, so it just sits. When I carry, I carry my shield.

I love my Shield. First pistol I ever bought. Got the FDE version to replace the black one when I still worked in firearm sales. Sometimes I wish I’d gotten an XDS just because I like the grip a little better though.

If you end up having some vibes and want to try the CB drop. I have a brand new OME kit sitting in the garage. You can have it if you're up this way. I'll accept donations of a six pack of something decent (ie. not xxxxx light).

I noticed the trigger after I posted about the mag. Yes. I want to know about the trigger too. Looks like Hyve makes one of them too.

So let's hear a review....worth the cost? what kind of improvement did it have (if any)?

16's will work, probably going to slap my 33's off my Taco and see how they fit...will give me a good idea of what needs to be done as far as lifting and cutting go.

Apex trigger is great. Less of a plasticy feel and more of a solid reset. I have the whole kit, with all the little springs and such. The 10 + 1 with the Hyve plate is much nicer than the standard 8. Next time I'm at event or something ask me about it and you guys can check it out.

I am trading the 229 for parts tomorrow. Last call anyone!!!

Thanks for the info! Have been debating the Apex trigger for awhile. Will probably make the purchase in the next month or so.

Since I have moved to Atlanta, I have experienced several crashes on my sport bike. I have decided to focus on single track and dual sport for now.
That being said, the Super Duke has found a new home.

    Hello new dirt bike!

My mama told me not to go muddin Without protection. I should’ve listen to her along time ago. No I added some skids like there’s a Arb’s I believe they’re going to be more than enough for what I need. Although I did lose about a half an inch of ground clearance upfront in about an inch under the transfer case. I’ll have to make that up later on down the road. However I think these things will be more than enough for the off roading that I want to do.I went with some rampage off-road armor aluminum skids for the control arms to keep the unsprung weight down26FBEFF3-3A0F-450E-A068-99C3B8B1F3C8.jpg2BFC2BDC-F610-40B3-89D0-E8A375EA971A.jpgA29F9E50-34F0-42E4-98B3-98CD892342FD.jpgC7FEBFCF-FA8E-4AFF-AC27-3EFB0506F436.jpgC430144E-13F4-4528-9318-6C56977A47C6.jpg06FBC415-EC76-4CBB-84F8-9FEFD40FCAB4.jpgFAAFA5EF-7388-4BC0-8F6B-30B52B6C1C4C.jpg
