I have one of those panels in the back of my AC - it's really nice.

 

So I am thinking of putting all my electrical stuff on a flat panel, in the rear of the cab. Aka RedArc Power Management System. I am debating on getting that solid one he offers.
Thoughts on mounting stuff to that, or do you think I should use something that won’t conduct should a failure occur?

 

That is what insulators are for. Rubber feet and flexible wire looms FTW

What do you guys think about these on my SCS wheels on my FJ?

Was also thinking about getting dot headlocks, like a set of Hutchison wheels.





I would get the darker color Hutchison’s if I go that route.

 

Check out the DirtyLife wheels. They have bead-locks built in but you can still mount them like a normal DOT wheel.

Didn't know if anyone else wanted to throw down on the same group buy. Only reason I haven't finished mine yet..

 

Those Hutchison wheels look sick, but that plastic piece that holds the bead is a PITA to mount. Might be easier since they are 2 piece wheels.

 

A friend of mine has these Hutchinson’s on 37s on his fj80.
His truck walks up everything without a spin. Pretty impressive to see a truck roll on 5psi with 37s. He walked up everything at windrock when we were there last. I was very impressed.
I air down to like 18psi truthfully, but won’t go lower than that without bead locks.

 

I may just get a set of alloy FJC wheels and have OMF beadlocks them for me.

It's kind of cliche on here, but I like the SCS wheels over the others.

I'd also consider the Konig....17 and only 20#s!

No doubt the scs wheels are sharp. They really fine tuned the design in every category.

 

I might be interested in getting the cab ones

 

I like the Hutchison wheels only problem is that they are super heavy
