It's amazing what a difference it makes when you go to get in your truck on a hot day. Probably keeps the interior 20 degrees cooler, and helps protect the interior from the sun.

Don't get too crazy with the tint. Mine has gotten me pulled over during the night. I have a strip of tint across my front windshield, and fully tinted all the way around. My truck does get hot but not as bad I feel like.

I have a problem with my CD player and I thought maybe yall could throw in some advice. The CDs are getting extremely hot after 15 minutes of driving and they begin to skip. I can literally feel the heat coming from the player when I place my finger up to it and i'm just praying that nothing begins to melt in it. Do yall know what the problem could be?

I think 32% is still the limit. Mine's like 12%... Was at a roadblock one summer, had my windows down cuz it was still like 85 degrees that night. GSP asked me randomly to roll my windows up. Gave me a $100 fix-it-ticket. Luckily, I won $100 on a $2 scratch off ticket the next day which paid my fine. He didn't say anything about my window strip.

They never said anything about my strip but he said my fronts were over the 32%. He put a little meter on my windshield to tell me that. Quick solve for me was to keep them rolled down at night during the summer and pray they don't pull me over while they are up in the winter. I didn't get a fine but he still gave me a warning ticket.

I have 32% in the front and -5% according to the gadget he had for my back windows. Can't remember how much on the rear window. He tried to give me a ticket but his machine read the fronts wrong the first time so I was able to get out of it. The law right now from what I was told is that the front is 32% but the rest can be as dark as you want. Heard rumors that the law has changed though. Some cops will BS you, had few cops decide they would make there own laws up and scare you into fixing something. Just my experience with cops. Had one say my 3" lift was illegal and too high and my HIDS were illegal also.

your 3 inch lift may be illegal in GA depends on your bumper, and light height now...

You got a ticket for your tint being under the legal limit?

Damn thought GA would be real lenient on this stuff for a conservative red state??

The unit in my 2012 gets really hot sometimes too I noticed. Should probably get a nicer one anyway since you can't even read it during the day.....

Wow... is that serious? I guess liberals are ruining things everywhere. I definitely figured when I went to my first GA baptist church half the members would be carrying haha (half joking half serious). Wasn't it a GA town that mandated everyone had to own a gun lol.

actually its two towns..Kennesaw which is up near atlanta and another town called Nelson just passed the same ordinance and the brady campaign(handgun control inc.) is suing to stop enforcement of the law and have it declared unconstitutional..

www.GeorgiaCarry.org is trying to intervene http://georgiacarry.com/city/nelson_gun_required/

the town i live in called Brunswick was settled by Oglethorpe after Savannah and is laid out the same with squares and whatnot downtown
..during the time of the framing Glynn County had a mandatory gun ownership law. In fact Georgia used to have a law requiring you to carry two pistols or a rifle to church and if you didnt the pastor could fine you..but that was abolished and very strict gun control was passed after the civil war because the democrats wanted to disarm black men and white republicans...

Wow interesting. I like history and politics, just shows you the democrats have been an enemy to the black community since then, (disarming them) and, ironically, still are their enemy. Im looking forward to exploring all of Savannahs history when I get to Ft Stewart.
