I've been intending to go back stock to see if my mpg's go back up. Seems I've dropped since installing it, but that was around the same time as the 5100's also. Idk if leveling the front end would really affect it?

Aside from the mpg's I don't really feel that I've gained from it. I drive easy and feel that it only helps at wot or at least at a heavier throttle.

My plan was to pull it and check the mpg's first before selling it. If it's the same then might put it back on. But if he was interested it might motivate me more to pull it off.

Anyone up in the Kennesaw area have a run in with a black guy driving a blue bmw asking for cash at Walmarts?

About a month ago he flagged me down as I was going to my vehicle and told me an elaborate tale finally leading to the prospect of me lending him some gas money, but I politely declined.

Went by the same Walmart this morning and got in my vehicle, and noticed the same blue bmw pull up almost behind me. I quickly recognized it as the same guy (this time he was wearing sunglasses and a hat, at 9am with overcast skys of all things) The guy stared my truck down with a quick double take as he recognized it was me I guess, got out of his vehicle and tried to flag me down again. I drove off through the other aisle and he didn't proceed to follow me. Kind of scary.

I was thinking about going but Sunday is my wife's birthday and gonna have a date night Saturday. Mother in law is keeping my little guy so we can have a night out. Been since before he was born and he's just over a year now so I can't turn this down.

Ive had a couple people do that to me in the last year around canton. Its pretty easy to tell the bums apart from the people that want to convert you to their religion. I really would like to get a bankrole of fake million dollar bills with obama's pic on them to give to the lowlifes. And keep it in my dash under my .357

I had a parisite knock on my window while I was at a red light in dekalb co a couple if weeks back. Nothing says no like a pistol laying between the seats.

Thanks, I like the look much better. Just got to get used to them for actual use though. Mine stuck out so much more I'm used to stepping with plenty of platform. Stepped out of the truck today and totally missed the rail. I'll get used to it, just have to see how the wife likes them.

If you know anyone interested in my factory rails, send them my way. Just have to set a price. I'll start a thread for them soon.

I will say after seeing the Nfabs in person I really like them. I wasn't sure about them at first but had never seen them in person.

 

I know the feeling, too. I was at a red light in traffic on South Cobb Dr. and the lady (yes, it was a lady) in front of me got out of her car, walked up to my window, held up an OBVIOUSLY fake sheriff's badge and said "DEA!"

It was kinda funny to see the look on her face when she saw me, the guy in the passenger seat (who is an MMA fighter and it shows), and my other friend in the back seat (who just so happens to look like a terrorist)

Best part...her tag was 3 months expired

Since then I've been carrying handcuffs and a tire checker (I'm only 18 and a lot of local cops don't know that I can legally carry a gun in my vehicle...so I don't want to lose my gun and possibly get a ride in the back of a cop's car)
