Im not sure how far you are from woodstock, but here is the place I take my tacoma to. A lot of the 4 runner guys use him as well.

If it something simple that you need or want to do, just reach out here on this thread, and I'm sure some one will be willing to help out. It may cost a few beers and pizza, but there is a lot of willing people on here. the conflict will lay within schedules though.

    Thank you for that!

I live in the downtown area, but willing to drive to a reputable fair priced shop.

Hey I'm willing to help others with what I got in my storage unit, so definitely a "mod day" is in my future.

Yes sir-ee. Got me a slice of heaven out in the middle of nowhere. Love the freedom and quiet.
Unfortunately my Taco's gonna be down for least a couple months till the frames replaced but once she's back in my hands and I get rid of the loaner Tacoma I'll be looking for some meets.

Anybody know a white, lift (4-5") dc with black wheels, possibly 18"s around Athens? It rolled up behind my friend's business and he caught them on mobile camera trying to get in the back door today.

Only big difference between the Off-Road and the Sport is that the Off-Road has a rear locking differential. Other than that, they're basically the same functionally. TRD Sport is more than capable on 99% of the trails here in GA. YOu can also put in an aftermarket e-locker if you really want one, but it's not worth it unless you're a serious off-roader. I have a factory e-locker on my 2003 TRD Off-Road and have used it once and that was just to see if it worked lol.

    You mean something like this?

Rumor has it that if you message the owner of the site, he might send you one...I've already said too much :spy:

I use my locker all the time, makes shit a lot easier. Made up an obstacle on 265s with it when a truck that had 35s couldn't make it up without a locker

I've had one of those decals for years and nobody has noticed. :(

But for the record, I've heard that what happens now is that he'll send a large amount to one guy who has a large presence, and then he'll be responsible for getting postage from folks and mailing them out. At least that's how I got mine long ago.

Oh I know they're useful, but I wouldn't bother holding out for a TRD Off-Road unless you are a serious offroader. I only go offroad when getting to fishing/hunting spots, so all I really need is 4wd. Back in my younger and wilder days, a locker was a lot more appealing to me though lol.

Makes sense, in my situation I'd hold out or just wait till I need to regear and then throw in an air locker
